Booking
We will listen to your travel plans and identify all the services you will need alongside the travel ticket before booking your travel ticket. As part of the booking process we will suggest supporting services based on the nature of the travel and will align the providers to the booking dates, especially for multi-city travels.

Amending
We will amend your booked dates with minimum or no costs, and ensure the supporting services remain aligned or adjusted in line with the amendment.

Cancelling
We will cancel your booking upon request and ensure that it takes place at minimum or no costs, again ensuring that the support services are cancelled in tandem.
